since we are a made to order shop, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. this time is seperate from the shipping time you see at checkout. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: due to high volume of orders, there could be potential delays. if this were to happen, we will notify you ASAP. after you recieve your shipping confirmation, any postal service problems that are outside of our control.

all of our products are made-to-order and therefore are not returnable unless the product is received damaged.

if damages did occur, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the package including detailed pictures of the state of the item(s) when they arrived. we will get back to you within 3-4 business days.
